Iori Machiya Nishioshikoji-cho
Nishioshikoji-cho is a large, rambling mansion. Beautiful beam work, corridors,
passageways, and multiple inner gardens make it architecturally one of the
most picturesque. Nishioshikoji is ideal for large groups as it can accomodate
14 people comfortably.
Facilities
Due to its large size, we recommend Nishioshikoji for large groups. The house is outfitted with two cedar wood ofuro baths and three toilets. Guests can be accomodated with futon bedding in a variety of rooms, including a large, massive-beamed loft with tatami flooring, a small tatami room with views of two gardens, and a spacious room on the second floor. A caretaker is on duty at Nishioshikoji at night to assist guests.
